Questions
Answered before you ask.
The objections we hear most, answered plainly. If yours isn't here, it's one email away.
Buying
Do I have to talk to someone before I buy?
No. Every package has a published price, scope, revision count and turnaround on its page. Add it to your cart and check out — a call only happens if you want one.
Can I pay a deposit instead of the full price?
Yes, on any package priced €1,500 or more: 40% at checkout, the balance due on delivery of the final draft.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
What payment methods do you accept?
The checkout on this site currently runs a demonstration payment flow — see the Payment step for detail, or email us to arrange an invoice directly.
Working together
How many revisions are included?
It varies by package, from 1 to 2 rounds — the exact number is stated on every package card before you buy. Extra rounds are €140/hour.
What do you need from me to start?
How fast will I get my copy?
Turnaround is stated per package, from 5 working days (an Ad Sprint) to 6–7 weeks (a full 20-page site).
What if I need to cancel partway through?
Language
Do you translate, or write in both languages?
Transcreation, not translation. A bilingual copywriter rewrites the argument to work in the target market's own logic, not a translator working sentence by sentence. See Bilingual EN↔FR Transcreation.
Can you write only in French, or only in English?
Yes — most packages are single-language by default. Say which in your brief, or choose both if the project needs it.
If I buy a Website package, can I get it in both languages?
Yes, either as two Website Copywriting projects, or as one Bilingual Transcreation project, depending how different the two versions should be.
Is the French version of this site machine-translated?
No. It's written natively in French, to the same standard we write for clients — which is the whole point of the bilingual service existing.
Legal
Who owns the copy once it's delivered?
Is my brief kept confidential?
Yes. We don't discuss or publish a client's brief, brand or content without permission — a portfolio mention, if we ever ask for one, is opt-in.
What happens to my personal data?
Only what’s needed to deliver and invoice the project, kept as long as French accounting law requires, never sold. Full detail on /legal/privacy/.
