FAQ
Are these prices final, or is there always an upsell?
The price on the page is the price for that scope. If your project genuinely exceeds it, we'll say so before you order, not after.
Can I pay in instalments?
Packages from €1,500 offer a 40% deposit with the balance due on delivery. Below that threshold, payment is in full.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes — an invoice follows every order, addressed to the billing details given at checkout.
What happens with monthly (retainer) packages?
They're invoiced monthly, not auto-charged from a stored card. Cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Is a EU VAT number required?
No. It's optional, format-validated, and used for invoicing if you provide one.
