How it works
Five steps. Same for every package.

Brief
You tell us the project, the audience and what "done" looks like. We confirm scope and price before anything starts. Typically the same day.

Research
We read what already exists: your site, your competitors, your last campaign — whatever explains how you actually sell. 1–3 working days depending on package.

Draft
A single named writer produces the first draft, on the timeline stated on your package.

Revision
You mark up what to change. We revise within the rounds included in your package; extra rounds are billed at €140/hour.

Delivery
Final copy, in the agreed format, with full rights transferring to you once the final invoice is paid.
What we need from you
- A completed brief — the more specific, the faster we start.
- One point of contact who can approve revisions without a second round of internal sign-off.
- Access to whatever we can't guess: your analytics, your brand guide, your last campaign's material, if it exists.
- Feedback within the timeframe stated in your brief confirmation — a project we don't hear back on for 30 days may need to be re-scoped or re-priced.
- Final payment before final files transfer, per the Refund & Revisions policy.

What if I don't respond during a revision round?
Do you keep our brief and files afterward?
Yes, for our own records and in case something needs re-sending. See the Privacy Policy for how long and why.
Can revision rounds be used for a completely different draft, not just edits?
A round covers changes to the draft delivered, not a second, unrelated draft — that's a new brief.
How is timing counted — calendar days or working days?
Working days, unless a package explicitly states otherwise (the monthly retainers run on a weekly or rolling cadence instead).
