What if we don't have a list yet?

Can I cancel the Newsletter Retainer?
Yes, with 30 days' written notice. It's billed monthly, not locked into a fixed term.
Will you match our existing email tone?
Send three recent emails with your brief and we'll write to match, or flag if the tone is working against you.
Do you report on open rates or performance?
No — we write the copy. Performance reporting stays with whichever platform sends it.
